@j-poort I will come back to this point later. It is complex, as well as I would need to recount a small thing that does not concern me directly but I am aware of. In brief now, but as mentioned, I will elaborate further, internet platforms could be more relevant they could be of use, but undoubtedly I consider there are a number of shortcomings.

RE: The impact on artist's career during and after the Covid pandemic
@j-poort My challenges during the pandemic were attenuated by the fact that I have used my time to document on further viable paths to monetize my work already completed. I have explored more in depth site building as well as online shop and the possible approaches that entail from there. As my income was not dependent on selling paintings- albeit my aim would be to create a reasonable living only from selling my artworks - the pandemic has had only an indirect impact on me, personally.
As the now moment is in discussion, I have yet to decide on my approach, as individual artist, self representing, counting the complexities and perplexities of wanting to create - which is a strong drive I have, but not wanting to be visible as I whish to keep private as well myself not being an edorser of advertisement, magazines, marketing etc. -
RE: Copyright User EU - feedback
@m-iljadica Sufficiently so. I, so far, find it convenient to use, easy to navigate, stable in construction, while the discussion approach is more than adequate, in writing also, as far as my views concerned.

RE: Copyright and constraints in the creative industries
@m-iljadica if it is considered that creative industries always start from a pool of knowledge previously existent that gets to be transmitted ( there could be an entire debate only on that topic) where the individual creator either adds their own interpretation on the already there or originally reframes and reinterprets or repositions elements or intruduces entirely new elements, in conversation, or through individual effort, then the idea that one painting one fashion creation or one film or one book of recipes is entirely and only of the author' s work cannot be upheld. Therefore as artwork or creative is not a patent of innovation per se but a fluid dynamic the copyright cannot be strict.
