GLAMs often face the challenges posed by the complex regulatory (especially copyright) framework applying to digitization and, without specific guidance, they frequently struggle to understand the full legal picture.

To help our stakeholders to effectively pursue their digital mission, we developed two sets of Guidelines and FAQs that try to answer to emergent questions on copyright related issues emerging from our research.
At present they both are available as interim deliverables, to be tested by our stakeholders before turning into a final version. The overall aim of such research output is to provide GLAM stakeholders with useful information about digitisation in the cultural heritage sector to help in their daily work.

How helpful and comprehensive do you find these documents? In your view and experience, do you think there are other aspects that need to be addressed? As they are interim versions, what should they further discuss or include?
